Can I cancel my orders?
Once payment is made, cancellations are not automatically possible. However, if you contact our customer care team (support@vprint.com) within 2 hours of placing the order, we will attempt to cancel it, provided that production has not yet begun. Unfortunately, cancellation requests after 2 hours or after production starts cannot be processed.
What is the cancellation fee?
A minimal cancellation fee of 2% of the total value is applicable, which covers payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be refunded after this fee is deducted.
Can I return my orders?
Generally, returned items are not accepted.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and reason for the refund request.
Amount will be refunded within 1-3 business days to your bank account from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damage Claims or Shortages – Important Notice
Any damage or shortage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Be sure to inspect the items immediately upon arrival.
